Founder, "The Bridge Builder"
Dr. Jacqueline Mohair is an educational consultant, minister, entrepreneur, publisher, and disability advocate whose work brings together faith, education, leadership, and service. A wife, mother of four, and grandmother of seven, she values family as a foundation for her commitment to helping others.
Known as "The Bridge Builder," Dr. Mohair is passionate about creating opportunities for people to learn, lead, and contribute to their communities with confidence and dignity.
Founder of Three Educational Institutions
Dr. Mohair has established three educational institutions that provide distinct pathways for spiritual growth, professional development, and compassionate service:
Trinity International University of Ambassadors
A Florida religious-exempt institution dedicated to biblical education, ministry preparation, and Christian leadership development.
Graduation ceremonies for 2027 will be held in Florida.
TIUA School of Business
A professional learning community where business professionals strengthen their skills, expand their networks, collaborate, and build meaningful partnerships.
Trinity International Chaplaincy Institute
A Georgia institution operating under an exemption from the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Education Commission (GNPEC), dedicated to preparing chaplains for ministry, spiritual care, and compassionate service.
Graduation ceremonies for 2027 will be held in Georgia.
A Personal Commitment to the Disability Community
Dr. Mohair's love for the disability community is deeply personal. Her father, Fred Perteet, experienced a life-changing leg amputation and faced the possibility of losing his other leg before his passing. Watching someone she loved navigate changes in mobility, independence, and daily life profoundly shaped her understanding of the challenges individuals with disabilities and their families face.
His concern about becoming a burden left a lasting impression on her. It strengthened her conviction that every person deserves to feel valued, supported, and included. Her father's experience helped turn her compassion into a commitment to advocacy, education, and opportunity.
A family member's experience with a learning disability further deepened that commitment. These experiences continue to inform her vision for educational communities that recognize different learning needs, respect individual abilities, and help people pursue their purpose.

Through faith, compassion, and purposeful leadership, Dr. Mohair continues to build bridges for individuals and families seeking a place to learn, belong, and grow.
