TIUA Affiliate Disclosure Policy

All TIUA affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship whenever promoting TIUA programs, courses, products, services, or events through referral links, referral codes, or other compensated recommendations.

Required Disclosure

“I am a TIUA affiliate and may earn a commission if you purchase or enroll through my referral link or code.”

Disclosure Placement

Affiliates must place this disclosure prominently alongside their recommendation and near the referral link or code. It must be easy to notice, read, and understand before someone takes action.

This requirement applies to websites, emails, social media posts, videos, livestreams, and other promotional communications. Disclosures must not be hidden in a profile, footer, hashtag collection, or behind a “more” button. For videos, affiliates must provide both a spoken and an on-screen disclosure. During livestreams, disclosures must be repeated periodically.

Honest Promotion

Affiliates must make truthful statements and accurately describe their experience with TIUA. Affiliates may not make misleading claims or promise guaranteed earnings, admission, credentials, employment, or other outcomes.

Compliance

TIUA may require correction or removal of promotional materials that violate this policy. Repeated or unresolved violations may result in suspension or termination of affiliate participation.

Participation in the TIUA affiliate program constitutes agreement to follow this policy and applicable FTC disclosure requirements.
